将风干的和含水20%、40%、60%及100%的不同土类土样,置20℃下28天,分5次用1NHOAc+NH_4OAc和NH_4OAC+0.2%对笨二酚浸提剂测定土壤活性锰,结果表明:不同母质的土壤,活性锰含量受含水量影响的程度不同,由石灰岩、辉长石发育的旱地土壤,活性锰含量随含水量增加而显著增加,由黄泛和长江冲积物发育的土壤,含水量对活性锰含量的影响不显著。大多数土样在含水量20%和40%时,土壤代换态锰随滞水时间延长呈递减趋势;在含水量60%和100%时,则呈递增趋势。但渍水时间不及含水量对土壤活性锰含量的影响显著。
Soil samples were first treated to have moisture contents of 20, 40, 60 and 100%, and incubated at 20℃ for 28 days. After incubation, the samples were extracted with 1 N HOAc+NH_4OAc and NH_4OAc+0.2% dihydroxybenzene separately for the determination of the active and exchangeable manganese. Results indicate the variation of active Mn content and reveal the apparent effect of soil moisture on uPland soil derived from limestone or gabbro. The active Mn of 61% soil samples at moisture content of 60 and 100% increased significantly or very significantly(p=0.05 or p=0.01)as compared to the orginal air dried soil. The increment of exchangeable Mn at soil moisture of 20% and 40% tended to decline with incubation time, but at moisture of 60 and 100%, adverse results appeared. No significant correlation was found between water-treating time and active Mn content for most soils with similar moisture. The influence of soil moisture is obviously stronger than that of water-soaking time on soil active Mn content.
