摘要
探讨小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的中医病机,结合古今文献及临床体会,概括其证治特点,指出小儿ITP病机为虚实并存,多热多瘀;治疗应谨守病机,辩证与辨病治疗相结合。
To explore the TCM pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） and its characteristic of clinical experience in ancient and modern literature. It is considered that the etiology and pathogenesis of children ITP were coexistence of deficiency and excess and dominance of heat and blood- stasis. The therapeutical principle of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation should be combined.
