摘要
介绍大通量新型高效塔板——立体传质塔板(CTST)的性能特点。通过该塔板在化肥和甲醇行业中的成功应用,表明在保持原塔外壳不变,仅采用CTST塔板替换原塔盘或填料,改造后生产能力可提高50％- 100％。
The performance characteristics are presented of a new type of high-flax high-efficiency tray CTST. Its successful use in the chemical fertilizer and methanol industries show that revamp by replacing the original trays or packings with CTST trays only without any change in the original shell of the tower will raise the capacity by 50% ～ 100%.
