双振镜扫描运动是一种精确度高、速度快、运行稳定的工作方式。针对高速精密三维激光加工系统,其核心之一是获得快速准确插补算法、高速高精伺服进给运动装置。本文详述了该系统的设计方案。

In regard to high - speed precise three - dimension laser processing system, One of the key points is to obtain fast and precise interpolation algorithm as well as servo drive device.
