摘要
如何利用现代计算机技术提高外语教学质量一直是外语教学界孜孜追求的新课题。ARS＆TTS技术在语音识别上的突破，为我们提供了利用语音识别技术提高外语教学的一种途径。通过对ARS＆TTS技术及采用该技术的相关外语教学软件的介绍，希望能引起有志于计算机辅助外语教学研究者的共鸣。
Speech Recognition as the one of the core technologies of the Virtual Reality applied for CALL will provide the possibility to improve the foreign language teaching especially for the oral teaching. In this paper, we introduce the fundamental theory and typical modes of ARS＆TTS technology and discuss some cases of application software for SR.And we hope to share some ideas for whom wish to understand the research of CALL of oral teaching.
