摘要
合成了离聚体聚P-(MMA-BA-MM-Na^+)胶乳与聚苯胺的导电复合物,并考究了胶乳用量,苯胺,氧化剂体系酸度等因素对导电复合物的导电率,力学性能的影响,得到了导电率12S.cm^-1,拉伸强度4.0MPa,易加工成型的新型导电复合物。
The emulsion of copolymerization of methyl methyacrylate and butyl acrylate and sodium acrylate ionomer/polyaniline electrical conductive composite has been obtained in this paper.The influnce of some factors including the amounts of emulsion and aniline and oxidazer and system acid on electrical conductivity and mechanic properties were also studied.A new electrical conductive composite which has High electrical conductivity(12 S·cm-1)and good tension strength(4.0 MPa) were easily gotten.
