摘要
目的从天山大黄中提取多糖,并测定其含量。方法运用超声技术用水提醇沉法提取天山大黄多糖,用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果多糖含量8.756%,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=0.66%(n=5)。结论首次运用超声技术从天山大黄中提取出多糖,反应速度加快,收率提高。
Objectlve Polysaccharides was extracted from Rheum wittrochii L. by ultrasonic method, and the content was determined. Methods Polysaccharides was extracted by Ultrasonic method, and the content was determined by spectrophotometer. Resuits The polysaccharides content of Rheum wittrochii L. is 8. 756% ,recovery rate is 100.6% o Conclusion It is the first time to extract polysaccharides from Rheum wittrochii L. by ultrasonic method. Ultrasonic extraction was a better method for polysaccha- rides of Rheum wittrochii L.
