摘要
基于发动机故障模拟研究,结合实际试车数据统计分析,归纳出了泵压式液体火箭发动机的主要故障模式;从故障检测与诊断的角度,研究了发动机监测参数的选择与评价,并提出了监测参数选择与评价的三种标准;推荐了分别用于监控系统门限检验和故障论断的两组参数,为发动机的故障检测与诊断奠定了重要基础。
On the basis of the fault simulation for a liquid rocket engine and the statistical analysis for fire-test data in ground test, the major and important failure modes of the engine are summarized. From such a point of view as fault detection and diagnosis for dynamic systems, the selection and evalution on measured parameters of engine are studied. Three criteria of selection and evalution on measured parameters are proposed. Based on the criteria, the paper gives two sets of parameters, which may be used to the threshold and fault diagnosis of monitoring system respectively.The research work gives the important basis for fauly detection and diagnosis of liquid rocket engine.
