摘要
为满足客户对天线罩的技术要求,采取双层复合材料技术途径,以PTFE为基体,以玻璃短纤维和玻璃布为增强剂,前者为外层,后者为内层。双层天线罩制造工艺采用一套模具,整体成型,一次烧结后定型,保证了产品的介电性能和力学性能。
In order to meet the need of the technical requirements of radome,double-layer composite material is used. The material is composed of PTFE as matrix, short glass fibre as surface layer reinforcement and glass cloth as inter layer reinforcement respectively. The double-layer manufacturing method is a kind of integrated forming method adopting only one mold and post treatment after sintering, and this guarantees the dielectric property and mechanical peoperty of product.
