摘要
医疗服务是现代服务业的重要组成部分,也是构建和谐社会的基本元素之一。但是,医疗服务在与其服务对象的接触点上还交织着许多应该得到梳理、调整、改善的社会关系。在此大背景下,建设现代化医院需要主动塑造服务体系的和谐构架。而从目前医院的现实情况分析,医患和谐、护患和谐、药患和谐、勤患和谐,正是医疗服务体系构架中最基础的也是最必要的支撑点。通过采取相应的措施,进一步减少病人与医疗服务的碰撞、冲突、矛盾,让病人在与医院的接触点上都顺利实现软着陆,将消除目前存在的患者与医院之间的不和谐因素,有助于使现代化医院的现实活力和发展潜力伴随着医疗服务与服务对象的和谐共赢而得到不断延续,进而为构建和谐社会奠定基础。
Medical care is one of important paris of service sectors, and it is also one of basic elements to construct harmonious society. However, there are much social relationship between medical care and its clients that need to be hackled, adjusted and improved. Under this great background, it needs to actively create harmonious construction of medical care system for building modernization hospital. Based on actual situation of hospital, harmony between doctor and patient, harmony between nurse and patient, harmony between chemist and patient, and harmony between logistical workers and patient are most basic and most necessary supports of construction of medical care system. By taking corresponding measures, further reducing collision and contravention between patient and medical care, and realizing soft landing on contact points between patient and hospital wouM eliminate existing unhannonious factors between patient and hospital, and be helpful to continuing practical energy and developing potential eompanying with harmonious two-way win between medical care and patient, which also establish a basis for constructing harmonious society.
