摘要 转子系统振动特征信息的研究有利于深入地进行转子系统的结构设计分析和运行状态监测。以水平放置的Jeffcott转子为研究对象,建立了不平衡转子系统的弯扭耦合振动的非线性运动动力学方程,采用Fourier变换进行不平衡转子系统的弯扭耦合振动分析,能够有效地获取不平衡转子系统弯扭耦合振动特征信息。针对DH-63空气透平压缩机高速转子的异常振动,理论计算与测试分析提取的特征参数表明高速转子存在不平衡弯扭耦合振动,指导维修成功地解决了异常振动问题。 The research of characteristic information for rotor system is of benefit to its structure design and analysis.In the meantime,extraction of characteristic information is of great use for condition monitoring of rotor system.The(nonlinear) dynamical differential equation is established for coupled bending-torsion vibration of unbalanced rotor system.Fourier Transformation is also adopted to carry out the excitation analysis.By this way the characteristic information for(rotor) system can be successfully withdrawn.For unnormal vibration of high speed rotor of DH63 air turbine compressor,characteristic information of vibration is extracted by way of both theoretical calculation and testing analysis.On the basis of coupled bending-torsion vibration analysis of unbalanced high speed rotor,the repair and maintainance are guided(according) to the conclusion and the problem of unnormal vibration is successfully solved.
