摘要
对液压减振器在衰减悬架系统振动过程中的发热问题通过计算机仿真进行了初步的研究,对减振器发热及其影响因素进行了比较全面的分析,得到了一些重要的指导性结论,也为后续研究奠定了良好的基础。
A theoretic investigation on the thermodynamics of the vehicle hydraulic shock absorber is presented.A model of quarter car vehicle suspension system with consideration of the thermo-dynamical characteristics was built.Based on such a model,both the vibration response of the suspension and quantity of heat generated by the hydraulic shock(absorber) was computed.The relations between the thermo-dynamical characteristics of the damper and the suspension(system) parameters,including sprung mass,unsprung mass,suspension stiffness and tire stiffness were worked out.And the effect of operation conditions on damper thermodynamics,including vehicle speed and road irregularity were also(investigated).The research result will be very helpful for the design and the matching of shock absorber,and are also basis for intending research.
