Research on the Framework of Manufacturing Executive System in Shipbuilding

摘要 针对船舶企业在推广现代造船模式和CIMS的过程中,存在着生产计划与车间执行之间不可逾越的矛盾,提出了面向船舶生产的制造执行系统架构,研究了面向“中间产品”的生产任务分解技术.给出生产任务包和操作、服务任务包的定义和描述,利用图论的方法表达中间产品的装配关系,并探讨了从生产任务到操作任务和服务任务的映射机制,提出了生产计划控制系统.为开发制造执行系统奠定了基础. Aimed at insurmountable inconsistency between production planning and workshop execution in shipbuilding when shipbuilding enterprises are implementing CIMS, a manufacturing execution system (MES) framework for shipbuilding was proposed. First, a production tasks decomposition method based on middle components is developed. Then three key components for the MES, including production tasks packages, operation tasks packages and service tasks packages,are defined. A method based on the graph theory is proposed to build the assembly relation of middle components, and the mapping mechanism from production tasks packages to operation tasks packages and service tasks packages is studied. Finally, the production planning control system structure is developed, which lays the foundation for the development of MES.
