摘要
通过建立分布参数模型,研究了以R410A为工质的空调换热器在不同运行工况下的换热性能。与实际R410A房间空调换热器性能测试结果进行对比,评估了8种R410A蒸发和冷凝关联式,并对R410A在7.0mm管径强化管内的换热性能进行了研究。结果表明,在相同制冷剂质流通量条件下,R410A采用7.0mm强化管后比R22采用9.52mm强化管的蒸发换热量和冷凝换热量分别提高9.32%~16.32%和8.05%~15.63%,而换热器盘管设计长度可减小2%~15.86%。
A distributed parameter model for residential heat exchanger using R410A was developed. Eight heat transfer correlations for evaporation and condensation with R410A were evaluated by comparing the calculation results with the experimental data, and the suitable correlations were recommended. Furthermore, the simulation was used to quantify the effect of using R410A instead of R22 in air conditioner. It is shown that the heat capacity can be improved up to 9.32%~16.32% for evaporator and 8.05%~15.63% for condenser, and the coil design length can be shortened up to 2 % ~15.86 % when R410A is used instead of R22.
