摘要
扩大公民有序的政治参与是发展社会主义政治文明的内在要求和根本任务。扩大公民有序的政治参与,既要不断加强党和政府的合法性建设,又要进一步扩大基层民主,要努力培育公民文化从而推进政治社会化。
Exploration on enlarging the citizens＇order political participation is an intrinsic requirement and fundermental task for developing socialism political civilization. In order to enlarge the citizens＇ order political participation, the following aspects should be seriously considered. That is, to build the politicallegitimation of the CPC and people government increasingly, to develop further the democracy at the basic level and cultivate positively the citizen culture to make politics socialize.
