摘要
目的评价齐墩果酸3种制剂的溶出特性。方法选择0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液为溶出介质,采用高效液相色谱法检测,C18色谱柱;流动相甲醇-水(95∶5);检测波长210nm。利用Excel电子表格软件分别计算3种制剂的Weibull分布参数。结果使用HPLC法测定齐墩果酸的溶出量,结果准确可靠。制备成固体分散体能显著地提高齐墩果酸的体外溶出速度。溶出过程符合Weibull分布模型,溶出参数m,β,Td有统计学差异。结论可以选择PVPk30作为载体制备齐墩果酸固体分散体胶囊,显著改善齐墩果酸溶出速度。
Aim To evaluate dissolution properties of three kinds of oleanolic acid preparations. Methods A HPLC method was used. The column was C18, the mobile phase methanol-water (95:5) and the wave length of the detector was 210nm. Data were analyzed by Weibull' s distribution model. Results HPLC method was accurate and reliable,without any interference from dissolution medium. The dissolution rate in vitro of oleanolic acid solid dispersion were obviously raised. There is still some difference in their dissolution parameters m, β, Td. Conclusion The solid dispersion system with PVPk30 remarkably improves the dissolution rate of oleanolic acid.
