拓扑替康加顺铂治疗27例复发性卵巢癌 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价国产拓扑替康(TPT)加顺铂(DDP)联合治疗27例复发性卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法TPT0.75mg/m2第1天～第5天,DDP75mg/m2,第1天,21d为1周期,共2～3周期。2周期评价疗效,进行CA125检测。结果在可评价疗效的27例中,完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)7例,有效率(RR)33.3%。在可评价毒副作用的27例和80个周期中,主要的毒副作用是骨髓抑制和恶心呕吐,经治疗后均可缓解。结论TPT加DDP是治疗复发性卵巢癌有效的化疗方案,对常规化疗方案失败的病例仍有效。因其价格较紫杉醇低,更适宜推广使用。
