摘要
用Ce(SO4)2作为氧化剂,MnSO4-CuSO4作为催化剂,密封微波消解试样,通过系列试验确定了微波消解法快速测定化学需氧量的最佳条件:500W微波消解废水试样4m in,1∶2的MnSO4-CuSO4混合催化剂60mg,4∶1的硫磷混酸6mL。试样分析结果与标准方法一致。方法的回收率在96.8%以上。用Ce(SO4)2作氧化剂,提高了对含苯及其芳烃类物质的氧化率,硫酸高铈法明显优于重铬酸钾法。
The green microwave digestion method was developed for determination of COD in sewage with Ce ( SO4 ) 2 oxidizing agent and MnSO4 - CuSO4 catalyst instead of Ag2SO4. The optimum determination conditions were established - 4 : 1 H2 SO4 - H3 PO4 mixed acid 6mL, 1:2 MnSO4 - CuSO4 mixed catalyst 60mg, 500w microwave digestion time 4rain , etc . The proposed method is used successfully to determine COD, and the results are constant with those by classical method. Recoveries of standard addition are ≥96.8%. This method is proved to be rapid, accurate and of low cost .
