摘要
Discover微波精确有机合成系统,采用单模聚焦微波辐射技术及电脑微控和空压气体同步冷却技术。利用该系统研究荞麦羧甲基淀粉钠(CMSS)的合成。在Discover微波精确有机合成系统的功率时间模式下,荞麦淀粉为4.0g时,考察微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、最高反应温度及反应物料和溶剂用量对取代度影响。合成产品经红外光谱仪表征,证实与目标产物完全一致。
The carboxymethyl buckwheat starch sodium (CMSS) has been synthesized by alcohol medium method, using the buckwheat starch as material and the chloroacetic acid as etherification agent, by the Discover line of Focused Synthesis instrumentation. It is the only line of synthesis instrumentation that does not require manual tuning. The Discover system offers the largest single - mode focused microwave irradiation along with the computer control and cooling by constringent air technology. In the Power - time control type of the Discover system, with the buckwheat starch 4.0g, the effects of influencing on the degree of substitution(DS) of CMSS are investigated. The optimal synthesis conditions for CMSS are obtained by an orthogonal experiment. The product is characterized by the IR. The result showed that the product was the aimed one.
