结实期营养液浓度对稻米品质的影响

摘要 以6个不同类型水稻品种为供试材料,在结实期进行两种水培营养液浓度(标准Espino浓度和1/2 Espino浓度营养液)处理,研究营养液浓度对稻米品质的影响。结果表明,与1/2 Espino浓度营养液相比,结实期标准Espino浓度营养液增加了叶片叶绿素含量,降低了MDA含量;标准Espino浓度营养液显著或极显著地增加了稻米的垩白粒率、垩白度、蛋白质含量,降低了整精米率和胶稠度;稻米RVA淀粉谱参数受营养液浓度影响较大,标准Espino浓度营养液降低了RVA谱特征值中的最高粘度(PV)、热浆粘度(HS)、崩解值(Breakdown)、最终粘度(FV)和恢复值(Consistence),提高了消碱值(Setback)。 Abstract: Six rice cultivars were grown in nutrient solution and treated with two kinds of concentrations (the standard and 1/2 Espino prescription) of the solution during the grain filling period. The effects of nutrient solution concentrations on rice quality were studied. The main results were as follows :The high nutrient solution concentration (tile standard Espino prescription)increased chlorophyll contents and decreased MDA contents when compared with the low nutrient solution concentration (1/2 Espino prescription), significantly or very significantly increased, chalky rice percentage, chalkiness and protein content,while decreased head rice and gel consistency;the standard Espino prescription had lower PV,HS,Breakdown.FV and Consistence, while higher Setback.
