摘要
目的了解贫困大学生心理健康状况与人格及防御机制之间的关系,为高校加强贫困大学生心理健康教育提供有效依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)对西安某高校部分贫困生进行测查。结果贫困大学生心理问题较多,其心理健康状况与人格、防御机制之间存在较高的相关性。结论贫困大学生的人格和防御机制在一定程度上影响其心理健康,高校应注意帮助贫困大学生培养健全人格、自主采用成熟的防御机制维护心理健康,提升心理素质。
Objective To study the relationships between mental health, personality and defense mechanism, and to provide bases for poverty undergraduates' mental health education. Methods Some of poverty college students were evaluated with SCL - 90, Eysenek Personality Questionnaire and Defense Style Questionnaire. Results More psychological problems were found among poverty undergraduates, there were correlations between mental health, personality traits and defense mechanisms. Conclusion The poverty college students' personality traits and their defense mechanisms effectively affects their mental health. Undergraduates should cultivate sound personality and take up mature defense mechanism under the help of the school, so as to improve their psychological qualities.
