摘要
通过对高效减水剂GCL 1-3 A进行改性优化,研制了盾构注浆材料用高效泵送剂GCL 1-3 U。试验结果表明:当GCL1-3U掺量为0.4%时,浆料流动度由未掺泵送剂时的140mm提高至169mm;其3h的相对流动度损失率仅为21.2%,而同一时间内掺加麦斯特减水剂的浆料流动度损失率为32.0%。掺加0.5%GCL1-3U的浆料2h内的泌水率为4.9%,远低于未掺加减水剂浆料的8.6%。GCL1-3U具有适宜的缓凝性和明显的增强作用,掺量为0.4%时注浆材料凝结时间为9.4h,可使浆料的28d抗压强度提高52%。浆材胶凝体系流变性能的研究显示,此体系属于假塑性流体,具有剪切稀化的性质。GCL1-3U的加入进一步降低了胶凝体系的表观粘度,因此提高了浆材的流动性。
High-performance pumping aid GCL1 - 3U used in the shield grouting was prepared by modifying high-range water reducer GCL1 - 3A and the properties were studied. The results revealed that, when GCL1- 3U usage is 0.4 %, the fluidity of grouting material is enhanced from 140mm to 169mm and its relative fluidity loss ratio is only 21.2 % in 3h, contrast of 32.0 %, the fluidity loss ratio of the grouting material was added Master water reducer. The bleeding rate is 4.9 % in 2h at a blend ratio of 0.5 %, which is lower than that of the grouting material(8.6 % ). GCL1 - 3U has proper retarding action and obvious function of strength enhancing, the setting time is 9.4h at a blend ratio of 0.4 % and the 28-day compressive strength is increased by 52%. Rheology study reveals that the cementitious system of the grout is pseudoplastic fluid with shear-thinning property. GCL1 - 3U can lower the apparent viscosity obviously, so the fluidity of the grout is enhanced.
