摘要
将甲氧基聚氧乙烯醚单甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEOMA)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)进行水溶液共聚,合成了具有梳型结构的聚羧酸系高效减水剂。结果表明,该聚羧酸系高效减水剂对不同水泥具有良好分散性和适应性。在折固掺量为0.3%,水灰比为0.26时,水泥净浆流动度高达265mm。
Comb-shaped polyearboxylic-type superplasticizers were synthesized with acrylic acid(AA), mathacrylic acid (MAA), sodium allylsulphonate(SAS)and methoxypoly(ethylene glycol) methacrylate(MPEOMA) through aqueous eopolymerization initiated by ammonium persulfate. It indicated that such water-reducing agent has high dispersing ability and good compatibility with various cements. The fluidity of cement paste can attain as high as 265mm at the dosage of 0.3 % and the water to cement ratio of 0.26.
