摘要
临床护理教学过程本身是一个系统,它主要由带教老师、实习护生、教育内容、教学方法这四种最基本的要素构成。传统的临床护理教学中普遍存在着教与学的不和谐现象。本文依据系统论的观点和思想,分析了这四种最基本的要素所构成的六种关系,力求四个要素之间始终处于一种密切配合、互相协调的和谐状态,从而提高临床护理教学的质量。
The clinical teaching course itself is a system, which mainly consists of the tutors, the trainee nurses, education contents and teaching methods. There are inharmonious phenomena in traditional clinical teaching. According to the views of system theory, to analyze the six relations of the four elementary elements, to strive to reach a harmonious st.ate between the four relations about close cooperation and analysis coordination, then to improve the clinical teaching quality.
