摘要
指出目前我国电网建设新技术推广应用应满足安全可靠、技术先进、环保节约、技术实用的主要原则,详细介绍了紧凑型输电技术等13项设计方面的电网建设新技术,直流换流站施工技术等10项施工方面的电网建设新技术以及应重点关注的电网建设新技术,提出了建立电网建设新技术交流机制、基础研究和储备机制、应用综合评价机制的建议。
The viewpoint of such principles of secure and reliable, advanced technology, friendly to environment and abstemious, practical technologies should be satisfied during disseminating and applying new technologies for power grid construction at present is put forward. Thirteen new design technologies for power grid construction including compact transmission, ten new execution technologies including DC converting station and those should be emphatically paid attention to are introduced in details. Considering the actual condition in dissemination and application of new technologies for power grid construction at present, the mechanism of exchanging new technologies for power grid construction, the mechanism for basic research and achievement reserve and the mechanism of comprehensive assessment for application of new technologies should be established.
