摘要
在故障分析的基础上提出了一种新的利用单端故障信息的输电线路速动保护原理和动作判据。新的保护原理是设计一个加速阻抗圆,通过对故障后负序和零序电流之和的小波分析来判断对侧保护动作与否,当检测到对侧保护动作且测量阻抗落在加速阻抗圆内时保护加速动作。理论分析和ATP仿真结果证明了所提出保护方案的可行性。
On the basis of fault analysis, the principle of a novel accelerated protection and corresponding operation criterion using single ended fault information are proposed. The principle of the novel protection is as following: designing an accelerated impedance circle and that is judged whether the protection at opposite end operates or not by the result of wavelet analysis on the sum of negative-sequence and zero-sequence currents after the fault occurred, when the protection operation at opposite end is detected and the measured impedance is located within the given accelerated impedance circle, the operation of the protection at this end is accelerated. The results of both theoretical analysis and simulation by ATP show that the proposed protection scheme is feasible.
