非淀粉多糖酶对奥尼罗非鱼生产性能和饲料消化率的影响 被引量:6

摘要 试验选用体重约60 g的奥尼罗非鱼560尾,随机分4个处理组,每组7个重复,每重复20尾,分别添加不同梯度水平的液体非淀粉多糖酶(0、0.1、0.2、0.4 m L/kg饲料)。结果表明:①奥尼罗非鱼饵料中添加非淀粉多糖酶对罗非鱼的特定生长率、饵料系数等生产性能指标均有显著(P<0.05)影响;②添加复合酶制剂显著(P<0.05)提高了奥尼罗非鱼的总表观养分、粗蛋白、能量和某些氨基酸的消化率,对粗脂肪消化率的影响不显著(P>0.05);③添加复合酶制剂能显著(P<0.05)提高奥尼罗非鱼鱼体成分中的粗蛋白质含量,显著(P<0.05)降低粗灰分、钙、磷的含量。
