摘要
文章对PLC(可编程控制器)应用于双面钻孔组合机床控制系统的设计思路进行了介绍,对系统的硬件和软件设计作了详细阐述。通过上位计算机可对机床的现场状态实施监控和对工作参数进行调整,使系统工作在最佳状态。
The article introduces the design thinking of control system of modular machine tool applied to two - sided drill hole based on PLC, and expounds the hardware and software design of the system in detaiL The machine tool state can be monitored and the parameter can be adjusted in the site by top - computer, enabling the system to have optimal property.
