Analysis on Reservoir Operation Policy Optimization during Drought

摘要 比较分析了标准运行策略及限制供水规则运用于干旱期水库供水系统运行策略模拟分析方面的特征;针对建立的基于供水限制规则的干旱期水库运行策略分析数学规划模型,为了克服多面体搜索法和线性逐步迭代法在模型求解过程中的不足,提出了将混合规划模型看作为供水限制控制参数的隐性非线性函数,而其非线性函数关系则由线性混合整数规划模型表达的新概念,并阐述了可解决该类问题的混合线性规划分枝定界法与模矢搜索法相结合的求解技术,最后以实例计算验证了该方法的有效性。 The characteristics of standard operation policy (SOP) and hedging rule (HR) were compared when the two kinds of policies were applied into operation policy simulation for reservoir water-supply system during drought. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the polytope search procedure (PSR) and mixed-integer nonlinear method (MINM), the new search procedure was proposed, which combined branch-bound method and pattern search method, to solve mixed-integer programming model that was set up based on hedging rule of reservoir operation. The technique adopted a distinct idea which considered mixed-integer programming model as the nonlinear function of hedging rule parameters. The computation example for real water-supply system verified effectiveness of proposed method.
