摘要 对煤炭气化过程进行理论分析,阐明了反应温度对煤炭气化过程热效率的影响.根据煤气发生炉的气化特性指标,探讨了影响煤气发生炉气化品质的因素,从煤炭性质、煤炭粒度及饱和温度等方面得出了提高煤气品质的技术措施. Gas generators are common coal-gasification equipments in the industrial production. In the coal-gasification process, because of some existing problems such as low calorific value and poor quality of the gas, improving the gas quality is of great importance to enlarge the application areas of the gas generator. Effects of the reaction temperature on the thermal efficiency are explained through the theoretical studies of the coal gasification process. Factors influencing the gas quality are discussed by means of the characteristic indicators of the gas generator. Technical measures on the aspects of the coal property, particle size and saturated temperature are provided.
