摘要
介绍了电控柴油机多功能故障诊断仪的设计及其功能,通过控制器局域网(CAN)实现了诊断仪与柴油机电控单元(ECU)之间可靠的连接,人机交互界面方便了维修。实机测试结果表明,该诊断仪可对电控柴油机进行在线故障诊断。
This paper describes the design and functions of multifunctional malfunction diagnosis instrument for electronically controlled diesel engines. Reliable connection is realized between the diagnosis instrument and ECU based on Controller Area Network. Man-machine interface is developed to help maintenance convenient. The diagnosis instrument has been tested and validated on diesel engines. The results show that it can diagnose electronically controlled diesel engines on line.
