摘要 对有机相脂肪酶催化合成技术的研究及其在食品、化妆品、医药、精细化工领域的应用进行了综述,表明有机相脂肪酶催化合成技术具有直接利用底物、反应条件温和、反应选择性高、产品容易分离纯化、产品具有绿色环保概念等优点。 The lipase-catalyzed synthesis in organic solvent has been studied extensively in recent years because of the direct use of unmodified substrates, moderate reaction onditions and high regioselectivity of the enzyme, as compared with chemical synthesis. It is favorable for purifying products, with the characteristics of "Cleanly production with clean technology"and represents the future of chemical industry.
