摘要 介绍6110蠕墨铸铁缸盖的生产、应用情况,并对有关质量问题进行了分析。主要结论是:(1)电炉或冲天炉与电炉双联熔炼,应采用以RE为主的蠕化剂;(2)有效的炉前控制技术是稳定蠕化处理的重要条件,应严格控制原铁液w(S)、铁液质量和铁液温度;(3)生产诸如柴油机缸盖类复杂铸件时,高蠕化率是有利的、必要的,但其它因素失控也会导致较高的废品率;但若工艺装备先进,生产过程严格控制,当蠕化率下限为50%时,也能取得较好的效果。 Production and application of 6110 vermicular iron cylinder head was described, and some main quality problems were diseussed. Main conclusions are as follows: a) For eupola melting or cupola+ induetion fumace duplex melting, it's recommended to adopt vermieularizing alloy with rare-earth as main ingredient; b) Strictly controlling S content of the base iron, melt weight and temperature, adopting effective on-spot control technique are the key conditions to keep stable vennicularity; c) When produeing complicated vermicular iron castings such as cylinder head, high vermieularity is beneficial and necessary, however, some other factors being out control could also lead to high rejection rate. On the contrary, by using advanced toolings and strict process controlling, quite good result also can be obtained even the lower limit of vermicularity being of 50%.
