摘要
用小鼠胎肝细胞为靶细胞的３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入法，测定了６８例正常人和８７例急性白血病（ＡＬ），３３例恶性肿瘤患者的血清红细胞生成素（Ｅｐｏ）活性。正常值为５．７±３．６ｍＵ／ｍｌ，男女间无明显差别。８７例ＡＬ中，５９例初始和复发期Ｅｐｏ含量为３６０．２±１７７．７ｍＵ／ｍｌ，与正常比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。２８例缓解期ＡＬ患者Ｅｐｏ含量１０．８±５．８ｍｕ／ｍｌ，较正常人偏高，但无统计学意义。ＡＬ各亚型间Ｅｐｏ含量无差别。ＡＬ患者Ｅｐｏ含量与外周血Ｈｂ含量呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．００５）。３３例各种恶性肿瘤患者Ｅｐｏ增加，易发生骨髓转移的肿瘤，如淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、神经母细胞瘤，Ｅｐｏ含量较其它肿瘤更高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
Serumerythropoietin(Epo)levelsin68healthysubjects,87acuteleukemia(AL)pa-tientsand33patientswithmalignanttumorsweremeasuredby3H-TdRincorporationinfetalmousehep-atocytes.Epolevelsinhealthysubjectswere5.7±3.6mU/ml,andnosignificantdiferencewasfoundbetweenmalesandfemales.Fifty-ninepreviouslyuntreatedorrelapsedALpatientsshowedsignificantlyhigherEpolevel(360.2±177.7mU/ml)thannormalsubjects(P<0.001).Theother28ALpatientsinremissionhadameanEpolevelof10.8±5.8mU/mlbutshowednodiferencestatisticalyfromnormalsubjects.EpolevelinALpatientsnegativelyassociatedwithhemoglobinconcentrations(P<0.005).In33patientswithmalignanttumors,Epolevelwashigherthannormal,andinpatientswithtumorsliabletobonemarrowmetastasis(suchaslymphoma,multiplemyeloma,neuroblastoma),Epolevelswerehigherthanthoseinothers(P<0.01).
