摘要
利用数值模拟技术研究缸内气流运动及其对天然气燃烧过程的影响,模拟了带有不同进气道的2种燃烧系统.模拟结果表明:进气过程所产生的气流运动状况影响压缩上止点附近的最终动量矩及涡流运动的中心;缸内涡流运动能够维持到压缩上止点附近,压缩冲程后期燃烧室内湍流强度增大的主要原因是大尺度的滚流破碎成众多小尺度的涡流;缸内涡流中心的位置靠近气缸中心有利于火焰沿径向均匀传播.
The airflow motion in cylinder and its influence on the combustion process for the natural gas engine were studied through numerical simulation technology. Two combustion systems with different intake ports were simulated. The results of the numerical simulation show that the final momentum near TDC and the center of the vortex flow are influenced by the airflow motion formed during the intake process; the vortex flow can be maintained to TDC, and the main reason for the increase in the turbulence intensity is that the large scale turbulence breaks up into very small scale vortex flow during the terminal compression stroke; it is helpful for the even radial spreading of the flame that the center of the vortex flow in cylinder is close to the cylinder center.
