摘要
在新的环境下,以知识信息的组织、开发和利用为内容的图书情报事业,其公益性与社会性以及在国家发展中的作用,决定了基于国家可持续发展的事业战略目标、原则与内容。本文从这一基点出发,进行了基于三维结构的核心战略和基于价值链的事业效益战略构建,探讨了战略的综合实施策略。
In the new environment, the Undertaking of library and information science takes organization, exploitation, and utilization of information and knowledge as the main content. Its public welfare, sociality, and effect on the national development, determine strategy goal, principle, and content of the Undertaking based on the national sustainable development. From this basic point, this paper constructs the core strategy based on the structure of three dimensions and the benefit strategy of the Undertaking based on value chain, and discusses comprehensive implementation tactic of the strategy.
