摘要
数字化网络化环境下,研究所信息服务面临的用户环境、市场环境、信息环境、技术环境等内外环境的变迁导致其服务模式的转变,信息服务将以解决用户问题为最终目标,融入科学研究过程之中,面向学科,提供知识化、个性化的服务。信息服务工作者的角色将向多元化转变,服务内容将不断深化,建立机构知识库、构建开放的数字化的学术交流体系、开展学科信息学的研究等成为信息服务的核心内容。文章最后提出了实现上述内容的若干策略。
In the digitalized and network environment, various surroundings faced with library and information services of institution are changing, which will cause change of information services. The goal of services will be solving user's problems. It will melt in the process of scientific research. And it will be personalization, knowledge and subject-based. The content of services will also change. Construction of Institutional Repository, research on discipline informatics etc. are becoming the core of services. At last, some strategies to achieve these goals are given.
