摘要
制备了一种发黑/醇酸树脂复合导电涂料,研究了发黑表面处理、用量等工艺参数对涂层导电性能的影响。结果表明,发黑表面经钛酸酯偶联荆处理后,明显改善了与基体树脂的相客性,填充量增加了10%。利用红外漫反射光谱研究了碳黑表面基团的变化。研究得出优化的工艺条件,据此制备的涂层,表面电阻率约为200Ω·cm^-2,并具有良好的力学性能。
In this paper a kind of CB/alkyd composite conductive paints was prepared. Effects of technical parameters such as the surface modification of carbon black, the content of CB, etc. on the conductivity of the paints were studied. The results showed that surface modification of carbon black with coupling agent of titanate improved the compatibility of CB and alkyd resin, and increase the filling content by 10%. The change of the surface group of the modified CB was analyzed by diffuse reflection IR spectrum. The surface resistivity of the coatings prepared according to the Optimized technical condition given in this work was 200Ω ·cm^ -2
