摘要
水厂混凝投药过程具有非线性、时滞性等特点,并且影响投药后混凝效果的因素很多,目前很难准确地建立反应过程的数学模型。模糊控制是以控制人员的经验为基础的,它不需要用精确的数学模型来描述系统的动态过程,而且能够方便的加入人的控制经验,极为近似的反映人的控制行为。因此,本文针对混凝投药过程的特点,提出了应用模糊控制来实现混凝剂的最佳投加,该模糊控制器以原水流量和原水浊度作为输入变量,加矾流量作为输出变量,并用某水厂的实际数据完成了仿真研究。最后的仿真结果表明了该方法是有效可行的。
The coagulant dosing process of water works has the characteristic of non-linearity, long lag, etc. The factors that influence the coagulation effect after the dosing are so many that the mathematical model is difficult to be established accurately. Fuzzy control is based on the experience of operators. It does not require accurate mathematical model to describe the dynamic process of the system and the experience can be added easily. So it can refect the operators' control action approximately. According to the features of coagulant dosing process, by using the fuzzy control, an optimum dosing of coagulant is presented in this paper. The fuzzy controller uses the flux and turbidity of raw water as input variables and the coagulant flux as output variable. It is tested with the actual data from water works, and the simulation results show that the approach is efficient and feasible.
