摘要
2003年年末,建国以来首次召开的全国人才工作会议确立了科学人才观的理念。本文首先 分析了科学人才观对固有观念和新形势下人力资源管理模式提出的挑战,在此基础上就科学人才观视角下 的人力资源管理格局的重塑提出了几点建议。
In the Knowledge Economy Times, human resource becomes more and more important. The view that "Human resource is the first resource" is accepted by most people. Scientific viewpoint of talent is established in the first nationwide conference on the work of talent at the end of 2003. The introduction of this viewpoint shows that our country will attach importance to human resource. But at the same time, it will bring up new challenges to inherent ideas and the structure of human resource management. The paper makes an analysis of what challenges there would be, and then gives some advice on the structural rebuilding of human resource management based on scientific viewpoint of talent.
