摘要
对中空转子螺杆钻具外特性的理论分析表明,随马达压降的增加,马达理论转速和理论效率下降,理论扭矩增大;而马达的理论输出功率先随压降增加而增大,压降达到某一临界值时,理论输出功率达到最大,随后逐渐减小,直至马达停转。中空转子螺杆钻具马达的最大输出扭矩与泵排量密切相关,还受泄漏量的影响,即泄漏量增大最大输出扭矩就减小。中空转子螺杆钻具的临界排量随马达压降的增加而增大,是衡量其性能的一个重要指标。
An analysis of the performance characteristic of the screwdrill with hollow rotor shows that the theoretical rotary speed and efficiency of the motor decrease and its theoretical torque increases with the increase of the pressure droP of the motor; while the theoretical power output of the motor increases first with the increase of the pressure drop, reaches its maximum value when the pressure drop gets to a threshold value, then decreases gradually until the motor stops. The maximum torque output of the motor of the above-mentioned screwdrill has close relation to the displacement of the pump, and it is also influenced by the leakage of the pump, i. e. the maximum torque output decreases with the increase of the pump leakage. The critical displacement of the screwdrill increases with the increase of the pressure drop of the motor, and this is an important index for assessing its capacity.
