摘要
当前地市高校青年教师队伍中存在着一些问题,各地市高校应认真分析原因,采取稳妥措施,重视青年教师培养,加强青年教师队伍建设,促进学校发展。
This paper points out some issues in youth teachers team building in regional colleges. The regional colleges should analyze the reasons conscientionsly and then take steady and efficient measur~ to attach importance to the youth teachers training, to strengthem youth teachers team building, so as to promote their own developent.
