摘要
建立了用苯甲酰氯衍生高效液相色谱法测定 1 ,2丙二胺的方法。优化了衍生反应条件和色谱分离条件。衍生物用反相色谱分离 ,流动相组成为甲醇∶水 =60∶ 4 0 ( V/V)。方法的相对标准偏差为 0 .1 2 % ,1 ,2丙二胺平均回收率为 98.91 % ,标准曲线方程为 y=0 .1 0 1 5x-0 .0 0 4 6,γ=0 .9999。
The method was established for the determination of 1,2propanediamine by HPLC with benzoyl chloride derivatization. The derivatizate reaction conditions and chromatographic conditions were optimized. The derivatives were separated on a Novapak C 18 column with methanolwater(60∶40, V/V) as the mobile phase and detected at UV 254 nm. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 98.91%and 0.12%,respectively. The regression equation for calibration curve was y= 0.1015x -0.0046(γ=0.9999).
