摘要 相对于重构NURBS模型,提出了一种直接从激光扫描点云产生三角网格模型的逆向工程解决方案。点云的三角化采用改进的波前法,得到的三角网格模型采用微平面光顺法进行整体光顺。最后采用离散Zmap算法直接生成无干涉刀具轨迹。此方案无需由数据点云重构曲面的复杂交互和计算过程,适用于产品表面质量要求不高的情况。 Instead of reconstructing NURBS surface, the triangular mesh is created directly from laser scanned point set using advancing front technique. A polishing method is used to reduce the unevenness of micro facets. Interference-free tool path is generated from smoothed triangular-mesh with Discrete Zmap Algorithm.
