摘要
介绍了利用动滤失装置测定泥饼抗剪强度的实验原理,该装置主要由过滤介质、泥浆挡板、转速控制系统和数据采集系统几个部分组成。在0.69MPa压力下,9min内,依次做剪切速率为400s^(-1)、100s^(-1)和400s^(-1)的三步实验,测定不同配方泥浆的抗剪强度。分析了基浆、降粘剂、降滤失剂、pH值、压差及实验重复性对泥讲强度的影响。结果表明,抗剪强度s值的范围为0~1,除了加入分散性较强的处理剂的泥浆以外,泥饼的抗剪切性一般都是很好的,而且不同的泥饼抗剪强度差别很大,泥浆的滤失量与泥饼的抗剪強度之间没有必然的联系。
The principle of determining the shear resistant property of filter cakes by a novel experimental procedure is presented. A no - dimensional factor s is proposed to evaluate the shear strength of filter cakes, which is calculated by determining the dynamic fluid loss under shear rate of 400, 100 and 400 s-1 in the pressure of 0. 69 Mpa and 90 minutes respectively. It was found that strong dispersants may greatly reduce the shear strength of filter cakes, and there is no relationship between fluid loss and cake sheat strength.
