摘要
探讨胎儿脑积水宫内治疗的可行性,方法学和对神经学预后的影响。目前胎儿脑积水宫内手术治疗主要有胎儿头颅穿刺放液术、脑室-羊膜腔引流术和持续性体外引流术,通过已有研究结果比较各术式的施行可能、治疗效果及其相关因素。结果发现上述方法都具有可行性,对改善脑积水患儿的神经学预后有一定作用,但治疗效果明显受到脑积水相关畸形的限制。脑积水宫内治疗的远期效果难以确切评判,各种治疗方法尚欠成熟,有待完善。
