摘要 大型储油罐底圈开口接管壁板预制与焊后热处理技术难度大,以前主要是从国外引进。15万m3大型储油罐是我国目前单罐容积最大的储油罐,在其建造过程中研制开发的底圈开口接管壁板预制与焊后热处理技术,采用了适宜的预制措施和热处理工艺,获得了成功,具有良好的社会效益和市场前景。 Because the technique of prefabricating and heat treatment after welding for the first ring skin plate with open slot welded tube in large crude oil tank is difficulty to master, it's been used to imported abroad. When the 150000 m^3 crude oil tank, which is the biggest one in our country currently, was developed, this technique was well self- designed and successfully done. And it will benefit the society and have a bright market outlook.
