摘要
医院持续质量改进(Continuous quality improvement,CQI)的方法是:运用全面质量管理(Total quality management,TQM)的原理,建立全员参与的三级质量控制网络,不断修订完善质量标准和考评体系, 狠抓质量教育,改进质量控制的手段和方法等。经过4年的实践,取得高医疗质量、高病人满意率和高经济效益的良好成果。文章对实践过程做了论述。
Objective Study the actual application of continuous quality improvement (CQI) in the quality management of medical treatments. Methods According to total quality mamagement ( TQM ), set up a 3 - layer quality controlled network which everyone is concerned with; continuously perfect the quality standard and evaluating system; attach importance to quality education; improve the means and methods of quality control. Results After four years implement of CQI, achiveing a good result of high quality, high patient satisfaction and high economic benefits. Conclusion CQI is the everlasting objective in the hospital total quality management.
