摘要
结晶器是水平连铸工艺中的关键工装部件,其结构直接影响拉拔管材的表面质量。通过对结晶器结构的改进设计,改变原来整体式内结晶器为外套和芯子分体式,使其本身的表面质量和强度得到保证,增大了过水面积,使拉拔、返推顺畅,提高了结晶器的使用寿命一倍以上,改善了铸件表面品质。同时,应用石墨底座完全解决了因故障造成的漏炉事故,避免了因大量合金液外泄所造成的生产损失和安全隐患,也使调整及更换不同品种的内结晶器变得方便可靠。
Crystal instrument is the key part of plane casting, the structure affects directly the surface quality of drawing material. Through improving the structure of Crystal instrument, the unitary inner crystal instrument changed to separate outer tube and core, so to ensure the surface quality and intensity of themselves. After improving, cross water area has been enlarged, drawing and pushing back go smoothly, the life of crystal instrument has been enhanced to above twice times. At the same time, the application of graphite base solves completely the leakage accident of furnace causing by failure and avoids the production loss and safety hidden trouble because of discharging of a great of alloymelt. It is convenient and reliable to adjust and change different type inner crystal instrument.
