摘要
目的应用复合雪旺细胞(SC)的小肠黏膜下层(SIS)修复大鼠急性脊髓损伤。方法选取健康的SD大鼠36只,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各18只。实验组用复合SC的SIS移植修复损伤区,对照组原位植入原先切除的脊髓组织。术后4、8、12周进行一般情况观察、组织形态学检查、体感诱发电位检查和计算机图像分析。结果实验组移植区炎性细胞浸润不明显,有大量再生的有髓神经轴突,无明显变性坏死和胶质瘢痕增生现象,明显优于对照组。计算机图像分析示实验组与对照组相比,轴突的平均直径较大,单位面积的轴突数量较多,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论复合SC的SIS具有促进急性脊髓损伤修复的作用。
Objective To repair rat acute spinal cord injury by using the porcine small intestinal submucosa(SIS) compound of Schwann cells. Methods Thirty-six SD rats were divided into an experimental group and a control group randomly, 18 rats per group. In the experimental group, we implanted the injury area with SIS compound of Schwann cells. In the control group, we implanted the injury area in situ with the spinal cord tissue cut down. After 4, 8 and 12 weeks, we did general observation, histological morphological examination, somatosensory evoked potential examination and image analysis by computer. Results In the experimental group, inflammatory cells infiltration was not obvious, while there were a lot of regenerative myelinated axons, degeneration, necrosis and glial scar proliferation were not obvious in the implanted area, which was much better than that in the control group. Image analysis by computer showed the average diameter of axons was longer and the axonal quantity was bigger in the experimental group than in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion SIS compound of Schwann cells could promote acute spinal cord injury repairing.
